I am Kaleem, a Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation Leader from Riyadh.

I lead Enterprise AI & Digital Change stuff here in Riyadh. Basically, I assist groups all over the GCC area revamp how they do things. I’m talking about weaving AI into their daily work, empowering their staff, and boosting financial growth in line with what the country is aiming for.

As a Managing Director at Codesync Riyadh, I get to team up with firms to reshape how value is delivered, automate tasks, and put in place AI rules that are fair. I make sure every new idea actually helps the business and makes the digital future better.

Before this, I started a digital company that spanned a few countries. I also helped build people-centered platforms in the UAE and India. These experiences taught me that tech should always respect culture, language, and the people using it.

I really believe that innovation only matters when people actually use it.
